Because Your Life Is More Than This Moment.
I believe every person has a unique life story—one that deserves to be heard with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Throughout life, we experience seasons of growth, joy, uncertainty, loss, and change. While these moments can feel overwhelming, I believe they are also meaningful parts of our journey. It is a privilege to walk alongside people during these seasons, offering a safe and supportive space to reflect, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting older adults, caregivers, and adults navigating life transitions. Whether you are adjusting to changes in health, caring for an aging parent or spouse, grieving a loss, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities and uncertainty, you do not have to carry it alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. Together, we will explore not only the challenges you are facing, but also the strengths, values, and experiences that have shaped who you are. My goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience, cultivate emotional well-being, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
I am honored to provide therapy in both English and Korean and to offer culturally responsive care for the Korean-American community. Above all, I hope to create a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and supported—exactly as you are.
